Cancellation Policy
The Uniform Conditions of Koninklijke Horeca Nederland form the basis for our Cancellation Conditions. These cancellation conditions apply to all services of and by the Zevende Heerlijkheid.
When a reservation has been made, the following percentages of the total reservation value that must be paid by the customer to the Catering Establishment apply to cancellation of that reservation (unless otherwise agreed in writing):
Hotel room by one or more individuals:
More than 7 days before arrival: 0%
More than 3 days before arrival: 60%
More than 24 hours before arrival: 85%
24 hours or less before arrival: 100%
hotel room; group booking from 4 rooms:
More than 3 months before arrival: 0%
More than 2 months before arrival: 15%
More than 1 month before arrival: 35%
More than 14 days before arrival: 60%
More than 7 days before arrival: 85%
7 days or less before arrival: 100%
Apartment
More than 1 month before arrival: 0%
More than 3 weeks before arrival: 15%
More than 14 days before arrival: 35%
More than 7 days before arrival: 60%
More than 72 hours before arrival: 85%
72 hours or less before arrival: 100%
Please keep in mind that the day of arrival starts at 00.00. The reservation conditions can be sent to you free of charge on request. The total reservation value concerns the amount including accommodation, breakfast and additional package components of the package, such as dinner or activity fees. If your reservation for use of our services and facilities does not fall under the above, the Uniform Conditions of Koninklijke Horeca Nederland apply. The Uniform Conditions can be sent to you free of charge. Please contact us if you wish.
